Dr. Briscoe did her undergraduate work at the University of Oregon having studied architecture and biology. She received her medical degree from Vanderbilt University Medical School. She completed her general surgery residency and her plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Briscoe is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is on the clinical teaching staff for plastic surgery at the University of Washington.
Dr. Briscoe is a native of Salem, Oregon. She enjoys playing tennis, running and biking; other interests include painting and drawing.
