Dr. Wallace Chang is the recipient of The Smile Train/Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation alliance award for 2007. He is one of two individuals and 16 organizations nationwide selected. The grant will be used for the October 2007 cleft lip and palate mission to Oaxaca, Mexico. Drs. Chang and Hutter will be the team surgeons. In addition to Mexico, Dr. Chang has scheduled missions to Jiujiang, China in April, San Salvador, El Salvador in June, and Harbin, China in August. |
